The header really more than just a clever little pun. Even though the plot of Bring Me The Head of Alfredo Garcia is about a cruel Jefe de Drogas looking to kill the man who impregnated his daughter, the nihilist drama shows how revenge, betrayal, the devaluing of life goes on at almost every level, revealing the sins we can or can’t learn to live with as we try to survive.

It is about the powerful and the powerless, the haves and the have-nots, the strong crushing the weak, and how we are all corrupted by money. The only honorable people in the film are the campesinos and campesinas. Everyone else is sinning like it’s a competition. And this is where we find the plight of Ábrego and his family, caught up in the very disgusting struggle between MAGA gringos, the MS-13 gangsters, and the el Jefe of El Salvador, who is actually of Palestinian descent, but don’t you dare compare him to hostage-taking Hamas, right?

When Orange Shitler paraded that eager little Capitán of CECOT in front of the fake media in the White House – 33 days after the “mistake” kidnapping “arrest” of Ábrego García on March 12 – it was only to tell the world that the US Constitution’s core values were all but dead. The war on civil liberties always begins as a war on crime, and, well, crime is crime, unless it’s crimes committed for the regime of cruelty (J6 pardons, Paul Manafort, Roger Stone, etc etc etc). The very term “illegals” was designed to make mere existence a crime, and if there is a crime, there has to be a punishment. Ya can’t have tyranny without punishment! OK, enough preamble, on to the astrologisting.

Habeas Corpus

Central to every human right is the right of habeas corpus – produce the body – to know the charges, who is doing the charging, and to have a hearing in a proper court to defend oneself. It’s a fundamental right of free individuals, and has been for us serfs (more or less) since the signing of the Magna Carta over 800 years ago – in 1215 AD! (Those Medieval libtards!!) Since then, it has been a mainstay of English law.

The USA’s founders made sure to include habeas corpus in the Federal system. Article I, Section 9, Clause 2 of the USA’s Constitution states: The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.

Which is why, apparently, the Trump regime keeps insisting that the USA is under some kind of invasion and/or attack by foreign “terrorists,” in order to deny habeas corpus rights to humans who are on USAnian soil. Who are these terrorists? Well, whomever Trump’s gestapo claims is one! There are no real standards. Anyone who is not in MAGA, anyone who ever said a bad thing about the Zionist genocide and Apartheid state, and anyone who dares to assemble against them per the 1st Amendment is now a “terrorist” and exempt from habeas corpus, according to the Legion of Doom.

Astro History of Habeas Corpus

Yes, that’s all fun in the movies, but the matter is quite serious – a check on the absolute “god-given” powers of the monarchy over the fief and its peasants.

1) The Magna Carta

The astrology chart for the Magna Carta is one of astrology’s most celebrated radices, as the event is historically well-timed, and probably one of the best examples of an elected chart – a pre-determined moment for an event. Here we see the Sun and Venus at the top of the chart, at the summer solstice point of 0° Cancer – the “midsummer” date:

When the modern three planets are added to the chart, it reveals that Uranus was also on a cardinal point, this time the autumnal equinox point, @ 00°02′ Libra, and on the ascendant in a near-partile square to the Sun @ 00°07 Cancer:

“Sun/Uranus – Principle: A revolutionary spirit, a progressive mind as applied to reform and technology. Excitement or upset. Sociological Correspondence: the innovator, reformer, inventor, technician, rebel. The 45-Dial shows how Sun/Uranus aligns with the cardinal points and angles on this remarkable day, and also how it aligns with the midpoint of Moon/Mercury:

In mundane astrology, Moon and Mercury in combination are about communications between large groups of people, either with one another, or between the common people and the ruling class. Ebertin was writing in a time of totalitarianism in Germany, and may have felt stifled to speak more earnestly about this combination, but the following is what Munkasey surmised 50 years later:

Moon/Mercury: In Politics or Business: Enhanced communications between leaders and the common people; speeches geared to the masses… helps generate excitement for popular causes through rapport with the people or workers… restlessness among the common people or workers over business or commerce; compiling and analyzing the attitudes of the people…” – Munkasey, Michael, Midpoints: Unleashing the Power of the Planets, ACS Publications, San Diego, CA, 1991, p 108.

Given that the Magna Carta is very unique, as well as a radical challenge to the established order, Uranus here is precisely what we would expect astrologically. In fact, one could argue that there could be no better astrological arrangement for this, short of a Sun/Uranus conjunction. Soon after this date, Saturn would make a conjunction with Uranus, and the Magna Carta would undergo many iterations; however, the basic right of habeas corpus has lasted and been enhanced for over 800 years.

2) Parliamentary Acts

Habeas Corpus Act of 1640

This Act was passed just prior to the English Civil War, and vanquished the Star Chamber – an super-judicial court that meted out justice beyond the law.

While we don’t find much in the way of cardinal points being activated in this chart, we can see that Saturn @12°09′ Pisces is transiting Magna Carta’s Jupiter @ 12°26′. (Jupiter signifies lawyers, and Saturn the law itself.) It might be worth pointing out that transiting Saturn recently returned to the 13th degree of Pisces in March of 2024, stationed retrograde on July 1, and then stationed prograde in mid-November. Saturn opposed itself on March 15 when the Habeas-thwarting deportations happened. When Saturn transits the Vernal Point in May, and makes aspects to the main energy of the Magna Carta, all legal hell will surely break loose:

Habeas Corpus Act of 1679

The Habeas Corpus Act of 1679 amended the Act of 1640, and it was this Act that truly strengthened the legal right for centuries to come, with more clarifications added in the late 19th Century. The chart below shows that the cardinal points are again prominent, with a wonderful Mars/Jupiter trine (the business of lawyering) that has a midpoint @ 00°36 Cancer, a Sun/Venus midpoint conjunct that @ 00°40′ Cancer, and the Black Moon (hidden collective desires) is closing in on 0° Libra:

Furthermore, we see Uranus in square to Venus and sextile to Sun, which again hearkens back to the Magna Carta’s Uranus square to a Sun/Venus conjunction. On the 45-Dial, the Act of 1679 shows a remarkable tree centered on the cardinal points:

3) The USA Constitution

The USA Constitution was ratified in Concord, New Hampshire, on June 21, 1788, at approximately 2:00 p.m. The secretary of the convention specifically recorded the time of the vote—anticipating any dispute over which state was the decisive ninth to ratify, should Virginia have voted on the same day.

Once again, we find Uranus prominent, on the midheaven, and the Sun in the first degree of Cancer, on what is basically the solar return of the Magna Carta.

(Take note that the Moon at ~5° Aquarius will be transted by Pluto in 2026 and 2027.) Most importantly, we find the Saturn/Neptune midpoint within orb of a cardinal point – 29°38 Sagittarius:

The current drama with the Trump regime is going on during Neptune transiting in orb of the Vernal Point and the Saturn/Neptune midpoint of the US Constitution’s ratification, as the transiting Saturn/Neptune midpoint approaches its ominous conjunction the the Vernal Point, and thus the Saturn/Neptune midpoint of the US Constitution’s ratification. It’s amazing how the astrology keeps lining up like we would expect, and the next section will bring it all home.

4) The Illegal Deportations – GlobalX Flight 6143

According to CNN (shown in the timetable at the end of this page), the first flight left for CECOT from Harlingen, Texas at 5:26 pm CDT on the Ides of March. Uranus at the midheaven in a sextile to the Sun is interesting, given the chart for the Magna Carta (Figure 1).

The points listing shows Neptune = Venus/Saturn = Pluto/MC. I also highlighted in blue the clustering of points in the first decan of Aries and the last decan of Pisces:

To sum up all of this, it could be argued that the Trump regime is not only trying to thwart the US Constitution, but the entire English Law foundation of Habeas Corpus. Why would they want to do that? Cui bono, cui prodest: it serves the interest of foreign dictatorial powers, namely Putin and the Russian oligarchs (who of course are not subject to tariffs!) who have already thwarted the UK’s membership in the EU, the situation in Ukraine (NATO), and the South African “broligarchs” of Musk, Theil, Sacks, and Botha – all part of the BRICS alliance. Doing away with personal freedoms makes it simpler to replace liberal democracy with a tech oligarchy – rule by the ultra wealthy who want to have armies of robots doing all the labor so they can depopulate the planet of those pesky brown people.

You think I’m kidding? If the Magna Carta was anything, it was the establishment of an order of fiefdoms that limited the power of the monarchy. What the new order of Trump and BRICS wants is a system of monarchs who do the bidding of oligarchs. What is the difference between a fiefdom and a corporate oligarch? Not much, but the difference is that dictators will be supplanting the monarchs.

Destroying Jefferson

The Declaration of Independence is all about Habeas Corpus as well, and Jefferson did not mince words. The radical right hates Jefferson to this day. Not only was he an atheist, but he was also the champion of freedom of consciousness. The Trump regime has violated basically everything I have highlighted in bold:
