The Puppet Masters of Bush Pick an Astro-calendrically Significant Date for Iraq's New CPA to Become Their Latest Puppet Show

Bremer: Iraq Power Handoff Remains Firm (AP) 02/19/2004 06:39

AP - U.S. administrator L. Paul Bremer insisted Thursday that the United States will hand power to Iraqis by June 30 and won support from the United Nations for moving ahead without immediate elections. The favored U.S. option is to expand the existing 25-member Iraqi Governing Council.

April 5, 2004:

"The deadline remains firm," Bush told reporters.

May 7, 2004:

Bush said that makes it even more critical to hand over sovereignty to Iraq on June 30, as agreed. He appealed for help in the transition from the United Nations, and also said a "good role" for the United Nations would be to help set up elections for January.

June 3, 2004:

US says Iraq power handover could come before June 30

[WWW.CHINAVIEW.CN] -WASHINGTON, June 3 (Xinhuanet) -- The United States said on Thursday that transfer of power to Iraq could come before June 30,the scheduled date for the US-led occupation authorities to hand over sovereignty to an Iraqi interim government.

"I wouldn't rule out something earlier, if all the circumstances and planets aligned in that way, but right now, our focus is June 30th," State Department deputy spokesman Adam Ereli said.

However, an anonymous US State Department official said that an earlier handover of sovereignty to Iraq was not likely.

On Tuesday, Iraq's new president Sheikh Ghazi al-Yawar, vice presidents Ibrahim Jaffari and Roj Nuri Shawis as well as prime minister Ayad Allawi took an oath in Baghdad, the first step of taking over sovereignty on June 30.

US President George W. Bush has promised to hand over "full" sovereignty to the Iraqi interim government but meanwhile will keep the 138,000 US troops currently stationed in Iraq "as long asnecessary." Enditem

Given George Bush's inability to agree to anything the UN has ever done, requested or suggested, it seems odd to me, and it should to you, that our current Puppident (a hybrid word of Puppet and President -- "The Puppident" -- coined by me last year and never picked up by anyone) is so wildly in agreement with "those liberal America-hating bastard commie-pinkos at the UN" on June 30, 2004, for the "transfer of power" to the Constitutional Provisional Authority, or CPA in Iraq.

Then again, nothing that Bush does in the foreign policy arena actually originates in his own brain, nor stays in there for more than three seconds. Woodward has made it abundantly clear that Cheney is in control of all foreign affairs, elevated in power beyond Colin Powell.

Yet, what is so special about this date? Well, you know that if I'm writing about it, it's astrological, calendrical, and neo-Masonic. This essay connects the Freemasons of both the USA and Israel, the USA government, and the war in Iraq.

The Charts

Noon charts -- astrology charts drawn for high noon when the Sun is sitting exactly on the mideaven, or MC, (not charts drawn for 12:00 PM, which can be up to an hour off of "high noon") -- are of prime importance in Masonic Astrology. The Sun at its daily local-space apex symbolizes the meaning of the day for that locale, and thus where all effort should go in our affairs as this is the highest thing to achieve.

In political elective activities, we would cast this chart for the seat of power for whatever agency is making the election, which in this case is the US Government, and secondarily the UN, and then our puppet regime in Baghdad. Relocations to London and Giza of course are required.

The situation in Iraq, we are told, is the creation of an entirely new government; this will become an official empowered entity on June 30, 2004. The noon chart for Baghdad on this date is as follows:

 Figure 1

Conspicuous is the Moon/Venus opposition on the unique axis of the fixed stars Aldebaran and Antares, the two alpha stars of Taurus and Scorpio, and two of the four original "Royal Stars" of ancient Persia (the others being Regulus and Fomalhaut). I say unique because these two bright stars are in a nearly perfect opposition if measured in the ecliptic sphere. A Jupiter/Uranus opposition forms a Grand Cross with Moon/Venus, giving action to the major chart feature.

Aldebaran and Antares are found in a special sort of cross; these two stars sit at mid-quarter points in the Fagan-Allen sidereal zodiac, which was derived by Fagan's investigations into the Babylonian origins of a 12-signed zodiac. In this zodiac, the "0 Aries" point is not determined by the spring equinox, but instead a star-based zero point that did not take precession into account. And, so, our chart in that zodiac looks like this:

Star charts show the proximities of Venus to Aldebaran and Luna to Antares:

The Calendars

Venus and the Moon are the two most important cosmic symbols in Islam. The Islamic calendar is strictly a lunar-based calendar, as opposed to the Western Gregorian calendar which is strictly solar-based. While the Islamic calendar uses 12 months, they are either of 29 or thirty days, to average out the lunar light cycle of ~29.5 days. The Islamic year is 354 days, and 355 in a leap year. The two calendars, therefore, take 391 years to cycle through where two dates again match up.

For instance, September 11, 2001, was equal to 22 Jumada al-Ahira, 1422. The last time these dates matched up was in the Gregorian year 1610!

Also complicating matters is the concept of a "day," or when it begins and ends. The West likes to use the clock time of 12 midnight to the next, but the Islamic world likes to use sunse to sunset, which can vary in length, but nonetheless their "day" starts about 6 hours before our "day."

This complex arrangement is perhaps why there is not much talk of "anniversaries" in the Islamic world, though surely they are celebrated in that culture. The tenth day of the first month, Muharram, is the holiest day in the calendar, and the celebrated birthday of Mohammed. This date was equal to August 2, 1990, or the day after Saddam invaded Kuwait, and the day that the UN issued its first resolution against that invasion, UNSCR 660.

It's easy to be unaware of an Islamic anniversary. For instance, when George Bush gave the "go" order to invade Iraq, on March 19, 2003, the Islamic calendar date was 16 Muharram, 1424 (Bush gave orders after sunset). This date translates to August 8 in the year 1990, which was the Islamic year 1411. 16 Muharram, 1411, was the day that Saddam Hussein announced the annexation of Kuwait!

Resolution 689, The final UN Security Council Resolution in regards to Iraq prior to the January 17, 1991 invasion by the original Coalition was issued on November 29, 1990. This translates into 11 Jumada al-Ula, 1411, and thus the 12th day of Jumada al-Ula begins on this day as well. In the Gregorian year 2004, the 12th day of Jumada al-Ula matches ends at sunset on June 30.

Perhaps most important about June 30 is another more easily seen anniversary. It is the very date that the "Anglo-Iraqi Treaty" commenced in 1930. This treaty created a realistically independent Iraq. Two years later, Iraq was granted full soverignity by the UK on October 3; the very next day, the League of Nations (precursor to the UN) voted unanimously to give Iraq membership. On October 4, as the vote was counted, the Moon was conjunct the fixed star Antares!

What led up to the 1930 treaty was a less useful treaty signed between the same two parties on October 10, 1922. As is typical for such matters British, there are four planets in the constellation Virgo, but on that day the moon occulted the fixed star Aldebaran, though this event happened below the horizon and invisible in Iraq. Nonetheless, such an event is important astrologically whether visible or not; and here we find a distinct, emerging pattern of planetary conjunctions and alignments to Aldebaran and Antares when it comes to Iraq.

On May 1st I posted a list similar to the one that follows on Star Study, Carolyn Minsker's astrology forum, with some additions and corrections here:

Iraq and War

  • The UK and Iraq sign the Anglo-Iraqi treaty on June 30, 1930, giving Iraq full independence, with some military bases remaining for two years. This date in the Islamic Calendar is 3 Safar, or the 33rd day of the year 1349.

  • The League of Nations votes unanimously to accept Iraq as a member on October 4, 1932; Moon is conjunct Antares as they over Baghdad on that day.

  • The United Nations issued its final Resolution promoting military action against Iraq on November 28, 1990, at its headquarters in New York City. That morning, Venus co-rose with Antares:

  • Bush the elder signed Joint Resolution 77 authorizing him to use force against Iraq at 10:30 AM, January 15, 1991, according to some sources. The cardinal points line up at this moment on this day, with 0 Capricorn on the MC. I had always believed that he signed the Resolution sometime on the 14th, when a Washington high-noon chart relocated to a Mars/Pleiades conjunction on the Midheaven.

  • Resolution 114 on Iraq: Debate began under a Moon/Antares conjunction early on October 10, 2002, and after the House passed its version of the Resolution at 3:03 PM, it went to the Senate, who amended it and passed it at 12:50 AM on the 11th, just as the Moon occulted theta Ophiuchi (this is the star conjunct the Sun on the date of Saddam's capture).

  •  Figure 10
  • Bush the junior signed Resolution 114 on October 16, 2002, at 11:32 AM EDT, at the very moment Mars was culminating and Antares was rising, in an exact mundo square.

  • A Moon/Antares conjunction culminated, in mundo square to a rising Venus, occurred as the invasion of Iraq began in earnest on March 23, 2003.

  • The French started naming their bombs after stars, and two were named "Antares" and "Aldebaron." Antares (the bomb) was detonated as Aldebaran (the star) culminated, and thus Antares (the star) was nadiring. The detonation occured at 19:30 hours GMT.

  • Bush's natus and the chart for the "H Bomb" are frighteningly well connected. I uploaded a biwheel for y'all, Texas style:

Israeli Masons

The history of Jewish Freemasonry in Jerusalem well recorded. The earliest attempt to kick-start Masonry was on May 13, 1868, when a ceremony was held in an underground quarry in Jerusalem. Eventually a lodge was commissioned by the GL of London in 1783. Another non-English lodge came to being in Israel in 1933. It was formed, ironically, by members of an already extant lodge in Germany that counted Jews as members, and feared the Hitler regime. This lodge returned to Germany after the war, but already active were lodges under Egyptian jurisdiction. "On the 9th of January 1933, the National Grand Lodge of Palestine was consecrated in Jerusalem by the National Grand Lodge of Egypt."

As for Masonry that has the blessings of the English and American Grand Lodges, there are three central dates in the Masonic lodge system in Israel of note:

February 17, 1873
May 7, 1873
October 20, 1953

These dates correspond to:

February 17, 1873:  First lodge warranted.
May 7, 1873:  First lodge constituted.
October 20, 1953:  Grand Lodge of the State of Israel.

These dates also feature Mars and Antares in thier schemes:

February 17, 1873:  First lodge warranted.

The noon chart shows Luna conjunct Spica, which we know would become the fixed star on the ascendant of the State of Israel in 1947.

 Figure 20

Also of note is Regulus on the nadir, only 42' from the meridian. Relocate this chart to Washington DC, and Mars is within a degree of the MC.

 Figure 21

Relocate to Giza, and Aldebaran is exactly on the horizon.

May 7, 1873:  First lodge constituted.

The noon chart shows an exact Sun/Jupiter mundo square with Jupiter rising, perhaps the most beneficial of all astrological elections.

 Figure 22

Relocate this chart to Washington DC, and Mars is setting on the horizon exactly as Venus rises in the East exactly.

Relocate to Giza and Venus is within one minute (in time) of having passed the meridian.

A mundo T-square occurs with Mars on the MC, Antares rising, and Luna crossing the nadir simultaneously at 9:20 AM local time.

An alignment of Sun, Spica, and Saturn is apparent as the Sun passing in between Spica and Saturn. The noon chart for Jerusalem, if relocated to Giza, finds Spica on the MC. (Again, Spica is the rising star in the chart of the State of Israel.)

In Closing

Taking the data as a whole, it is rather obvious that the new Iraqi government is being engineered as a tool of the USA/Israel corporate syndicate. The suggestion that this is "Israel's war" is confirmed by comparing the blatantly similar charts for both Israel's Grand Lodge and Resolution 114. Here they are again:

The CNN article alludes somewhat to why this date is seen as so magickal:

Annan: No Iraq poll before June 30

Says elections should be held after transfer of power

BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) --U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan has said direct elections for a transitional legislature in Iraq cannot be held by the June 30 transfer of power, but that date for a return to sovereignty must still be "respected."

"As we move forward, we hope we will be able to work with the Iraqis and the coalition to find a mechanism for establishing a caretaker or an interim government until such time elections are organized," Annan said Thursday.

His statement came as Paul Bremer, the top U.S. civilian administrator in Iraq, said in Baghdad that changes and adjustments are possible in the structure of the political handover to Iraq this (northern hemisphere) summer, but stressed that the June 30 handover date remains.

"And hold it should. In the November 15th agreement, the Governing Council and coalition promised the Iraqi people sovereignty on a date certain and we will give it to them," Bremer said in a news conference.

The June 30 deadline was set in a handover plan developed by the Coalition Provisional Authority and the Iraqi Governing Council. The plan calls for a caucus-style selection of a transitional assembly, with direct elections delayed until 2005.

Annan made his comments at the United Nations after a meeting with what is called the Group of Friends of Iraq, countries concerned about the situation in Iraq.

The secretary-general said the 46 delegations in the room heard highlights of a report from the U.N. team led by envoy Lakhdar Brahimi, which looked into whether elections for a transitional legislature could be held before June 30.

"We've shared with them where we stand, what we hope to do next and explained to them the state of play," Annan said.

The report on direct elections will be completed Friday, will be sent to Annan in Japan Saturday for his approval, and is expected to be released Monday, he said.

Along with saying there cannot be direct elections by June 30 but that date must be respected, the report is expected to outline a timetable for when elections might be feasible and what steps are needed for fair elections.

Diplomats say it could take eight to 10 months to get all of the preparations and balloting could take place sometime early in 2005.

The United Nations plans to wait to be asked by the Iraqis to return and make an assessment on what kind of interim arrangement can be put in place.

Brahimi, who was at Annan's side, said the United Nations will help shore up the political process up to June 30 and after that date "when sovereignty will be restored to Iraq."

One of the ideas for a caretaker government would be to expand the 25-member Iraqi Governing Council and extend its authority past the June 30 deadline.

Brahimi just returned from the volatile land, where there have been a spate of large-scale, bloody insurgent attacks in recent days. The shaky security situation is expected to have an impact on how and when elections are staged.

Last week, two assaults targeted Iraqi police and army recruits in Baghdad and Iskandariyah, killing more than 100.

Another was a well-planned strike in Fallujah against the police station and the Iraqi Civil Defense Corps, killing 25 people, mostly police.

On Wednesday, suicide bombers killed eight people at a multinational base in Hilla, and coalition soldiers repulsed an attack on the Abu Ghraib prison near the Iraqi capital, killing one of the attackers and arresting 55 others, a military spokesman said.

In the latest violence Thursday, a roadside bomb killed two U.S. soldiers and one Iraqi near Khaldiyah, west of Baghdad.

With the soldiers' deaths, 547 U.S. troops have been killed in the Iraq war, 379 from hostile fire.

Of those, 408 have died after U.S. President George W. Bush declared an end to major combat on May 1.

The United Nations undertook its electoral study at the request of the CPA and the Governing Council, which were reacting to the nation's top Shiite cleric, Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani, who wanted direct elections instead of caucuses to pick the Iraqi leadership before June 30.

U.S. involvement will not end

Bremer said he would not give his opinions on particular alternatives to the November 15 plan until the United Nations announces its recommendations for a transition.

"There are dozens of ideas around and I think it's appropriate now to await the independent view" from the United Nations on whether elections can be held before the handover and if not, what the alternatives would be.

Among alternatives, he said, "are caucuses that cascade downwards, upward-cascading caucuses, various other kinds of selections, partial elections."

He added, "As I understand the process, the secretary-general intends to issue his views on this question in the next 24 hours and I would prefer to wait until I hear what he has to say.

"There are, as I have pointed out before, a number of ways in which a transitional government could be selected if it was not possible to hold elections. It is a very complicated task to do it if you don't do it with elections."

Bremer stressed that the June 30 deadline would not mean the end of U.S. involvement in Iraq.

One hundred thousand American troops would remain in that nation and the Coalition Provisional Authority would transfer to a massive embassy with thousands of government officials.
